It's very important to have supervisors on hand. I went there in the morning around 10am to order a sandwich. The lady at the counter could not greet me. I said good morning,please tell me about your breakfast sandwiches or what's in you full English breakfast. Starred at me rolled her eyes and told me the are not cooking anything yet. I asked why she said the kitchen is still closed. And walked away. I haven't been since. Sometimes it's the staff that destroy your business. How many like me have said never again?
The previous owners of the place really did a good job.
Today you can't even get some bread from there. I honestly don't know what is going on with this joint
Great place to eat from. They always have fresh, great tasting food. Roast Café never fails to meet my expectations. They also have the finest bread ranges.
The pizza my friend and I ordered (Chicken Tikka and Vegetarian - Half Half for K170) were inedible and we
could not even go beyond a slice.
The chicken pieces were found on the veg side of the pizza. Upon asking for a refund, we were rejected. Thus, I had requested if we can order something else from the same restaurant within the same amount like Cake or Coffee which was also declined by the manager. Only thing they were accepting to do is change the pizza flavor.
The manager tried the pizza and said that is their standard taste and it is okay to him. The response given was rude and ill-treated to a customer. We had told him to keep the money and pizza.
Extremely disappointed in the service offered and food.
