    The management read the original review and the next day the manager was waiting for me to help make things right. The duvet cover still wasn't good - but I was able to get 2 of them. They also put on a proper bed sheet the next day. I would go back again. The prices are reasonable, and with load shedding they do not have power go - pretty much power 24/7 with air conditioning (they are on the same line as parliament). Overall good, just had a bad experience the first night. -- Here is my first review -- The bed linens are what gave this a bad review. I was missing a top sheet, and without it I would not be able to sleep properly. I found out about 12:30am that I was missing a bed sheet, and went to the receptionist. She came to the room and said she was unable to help out. I went a second time and really pushed, saying I would not be able to sleep properly without a bed sheet (it is a basic thing for a guest house to have). I ended up after really pushing getting a bit of a grungy sheet. The linens are absolutely horrible. The rest of the guest house were fine. But getting a good night sleep is essential at a guest house. Also having to really push to get a response is not good. Here is the rest of the review: the food was decent (got a chicken stir fry), the air conditioner works. The hot water heater is a bit poor. I got an executive room and the bath tub could hardly fill from the hot water heater. I was initially happy with the place, thinking it would be great, but in not having proper bed linen, that is a very bad thing for a guest house. Please fix this.

    This place they have to change Management and two ladies that work on the reception I had my experience Rooms are not up to date Just in general bad standard

    It is actually better than what I was expecting. Really awesome. I haven't experienced a power cut out, which impressed me. My room was enough and I liked the menu I was offered in the lodge. internet was not fine (I mean speed) but at least I was able to communicate with my friends back home.

    The room was quite spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly and professional. Even though I did late booking, they were very quick to admit me in. The location is great as it is close to Manda Hill and East Park Malls. Only downside is the breakfast. It was not up to standard at and I wish they could work on it.

    For 3 days, I witnessed very disrespectful receptionists. They didn't provide hot water as indicated. When I complained, a lady asked that did they not show me where to turn on hot water? And she didn't show me too. Wifi password was not provided and finally this is how they asked me to pay my bill: "every other person who booked the same day with you has already paid. So pay your bill" . I expressed my disappointment to two receptionists before leaving.
