The atmosphere is fantastic but the energy of the staff and the food did not meet the standards of the place. Being my second time going there thought I'd get the same energy similar to Vida at Pinnacle. Ordered an omelette with feta, spinach and caramelised onions. Service was very slow with constant reminders. What I got is not what I expected with it being too salty being told there was no avocado after the food was served and being given margarine instead of butter. If they could work on having consistent service and consistent food offering.
The ambiance and the customer service at the Zambezi road branch was 100/10. I got the chicken mayo and the caramel latte but I had mainly gone in for the hazelnut croissants so I was a little disappointed that they didn't have them. What they lacked in food, they more than made up for in service though
The food is super delicious and they have healthy meals on the menu. The prices are fair and the staff is fantastic 👏. I loved that they stock alkaline water which I hardly find in most places. The hot and cool drinks are just perfect. I could go on and on. I absolutely love this place ❤.
I ALWAYS enjoy my visits to this place. From the enthusiastic "Order in the house. Woza wena!" welcomes to the friendly and efficient team, being here is an enjoyable experience. Their wide variety of hot and cold beverages as well as light meals has every kind of taste bud covered. It's a great place to grab a coffee and do some work, too.

Nice unique recipes and menu is a true treat for your taste buds. The ambience is just perfect to relax after tiring shopping around the mall to rejuvenate you to drive back home 🏡
Loved the aroma of coffee ☕️ & the croissants are just amazing 👏 tried the almond and chocolate simply soft n delicious. The cappuccino was awesome loved the aroma of the roasted coffee beans.
