Dined at Vida e Caffè for a quick snack and coffee which was much needed it this cold weather. Loved the ambience, very friendly and welcoming staff and delicious and healthy food. Great coffee too. Highly recommend it.
Clean, friendly & consistent. My drink order (a double iced espresso with two sugars and a little milk) usually requires a LOT of explanation in Lusaka. But Vida e Caffè actually has my drink on their menu. And it’s a friendly welcoming atmosphere, albeit a little noisy. Please go there so they don’t close!
Loved everything,the waiter was great and the food too.....only downside is no feeding chairs available for babies to help mama enjoy her burger . otherwise enjoyed my brunch
Exceptional service! I was impressed with how they handled a wrong order at Vida e cosmopolitan mall. I meant to order a lactose free smoothie. I explained to the server and the manager, and they were very patient and understanding and made me a fresh one with my dietary preference.
It was very relieving that they responded positively and I didn't get attitude for being open about the mistake.
And generally, the employees there are very jovial and create a friendly atmosphere.
Friendly environment, you are welcomed and you walk in and bid farewell as you leave . Nice place to relax and have a coffe, milkshake or whatever they have on their menu.
