Hygienic, their tools are sterilized, seal packed and reopened Infront of clients. Although it's not recommended, I usually go 2 months or more with their nails and only 1 refill inbetween, never had a nail break, I only go to the Alick Nkata location because it's a convenient location. I recommend having your nails done there

I had an amazing experience. My nails were done by Ireen, she was so patient with me (I couldn't make up my mind about what I wanted)
The service was great, lovely space. Downside would be the location, it was a bit of a long drive. However, I'm sooo going back for my refill
service was good, and it's also a good place to relax, especially if u wanna have a pedicure/ foot spa. I enjoyed myself and am looking forward to the next appointment. the staff are professional and good at their skill.
