Medium to long term accommodation. Safe and secure yard though there are a lot of villas crammed into a small space. So it means you've to be careful if you have two or three cars or have some visitors as you do not wish to encroach in their parking spots. Nice paved yard minimizes dust.
Highly overrated, no greenery for starters, it's a concrete jungle and you'll be lucky if your apartment comes with a garden. Low grade Chinese products used.
