Walked in & asked if I could get my gel nail polish removed. Was sent upstairs, waited close to 10mins for the girl to show up, eventually had nails soaked & off she went about 25mins. Careful to protect my nail bed, I started to file the gel off & completed the task when the girl showed up. Long story short, I paid for self service! Glad I am not a regular.
Never again. They removed braids, my daughter was crying. The hair was not proper washed and treated before they put rollers. No sensitivity, they did not even speak with her. They have no idea how to treat or style hair in a healthy way and how to deal with customers.
