I've only ever beenn to the East Park Roco Mama's but their niche is the burger. And they make them good, really good. The only reason I didnt give them a 5 star rating is because their burgers are some of the most expensive you can get in the city. But I am quickly reminded why that is once I take a bite. However, their food keeps you wanting more (more food) which might mean their protions could be bigger. With that said, you can always watch for their discounted specials and get two.
Parking is great because it's situated at East Park Mall. The restaurant has an upper deck eating area which provides some relief for those that come with kids, decent waiting time for food prep.
The food is awesome but service and ambience is down bad. The place is rarely packed but still it takes long for them to bring your food. When i went there for the first time the workers were fighting on who is supposed to mop the floor that’s insane. Some of the workers wear clothes instead of proper uniforms and it makes everything look aesthetically unappealing. There is great room for important.
Wanted a quick bite and I thought this would be the perfect option because I've never tried this branch. I loved the service I received, the waitress(unfortunately I forgot her name) was so lovely and quick with my requests. The environment was calm and certainly felt like a place I'd wish to visit with a group of friends next time. I enjoyed the food, it was just what I wanted in that moment, nothing exaggerated just a good old burger.
The service was very great and everyone seemed very great. The food was also great but if you're lactose intolerant then don't get anything with the word "milk" in it just as a note
Really loved my food , it arrived hot and nice . The service was amazing the waiter was so nice and there's a man that visited our table to welcome us and also to check if all was well twice the drinks were served chilled ...it was my first time trying out this branch and I liked it the atmosphere was great too and Clean ...keep it up
