The place is nice and the apartment beautiful, but Paty was just doing too too too much, I don't know if it's because we are way younger than her, but she took too long to leave the apartment, like, she could have inspected it before we came. And talked bad about the previous customers in front of new ones, I don't recommend. The bed was squeaky but It was okay since it was very comfortable and big. Even asking a simple question like what time would power go, since there was load shading, she unpolited brushed it off by saying she doesn't know how to answer that, ( she didn't want to answer) 🤦♀️.
And the people talking and playing music literally sounded like it was coming from our apartment. We even had to whisper for fear of being overheard... Tsk.
Otherwise, it would get a 4/5 if it wasn't for the service. It's a shame cause it's really nice. Otherwise, maybe people here age would get some respect.

Value for your money. This place is really nice and affordable. After being told the price I thought it was going to be average but they surprised me. The apartment is really nice and clean.
Loved my stay at pats apartments. I wanted a one bedroomed apartment for a month, unfortunately it was taken for the dates I wanted. The host was so considerate that they gave me a two bedroomed apartment at a discount. Loved my stay (backup power, maid service and free airport pickup 👌🏾) 9/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
stay away from this place! we stayed here for 2 months for work reasons, the price varied from day to day depending on how she could screw you. the first month seemed ok, from the second he started to raise the price claiming phantom costs linked to the weekly rent. at the end of the second month we needed 5 more days of rent and she wanted to charge us for two weeks! after giving her 36,000 kwacha for two months! no privacy (people pass in the back garden without privacy for you), parties every evening in the houses she rents to other tenants in the evening, without the possibility of being able to rest. The power generator never worked, we were without power for about 20 hours a day. the cleaning included in the price is declared every two days but in reality it is every week if you are lucky, resulting in poor cleaning of the exterior and cockroaches that consequently circulate freely around the house. the furnishings in the photos are apparently nice, but in reality they are dilapidated and unsafe. bathrooms to be redone. we were forced to flee when she tried to frame us for the last five days with a disproportionate sum. for the amount you ask you can find better.
Loved my stay at pats apartments, outside environment 8/10, inside the apartments 10/10 , cleanliness 9/10 , custom services 9/10, backup power 10/10. Overall 9/10 best value for your money.
