Extra generous portions reasonably priced. Loved everything else 'cept the bread. It was too dense and doughy for lack of a better word, other than that everything else was fresh and on point.
I like that they are a 24/7 eatery. But my word do you have to wait. 40 for a shawarma and chips??? Then only got the beef shawarma to taste like hard game meat. I failed to it, waste of my money and time.
There sharwama doesn’t taste as good as it used to be.
The hygiene as well is very poor floors are dirty, tables have flies all over and the chef doesn’t even put on gloves when preparing the sharwama.
Absolutely love their shawarma!
And their platters are great value for money. Whenever I'm in Lusaka I find a way of getting me some Nadia's 🏾
I will say however, I've been to about 5 of their locations in Lusaka and with all of them, they could do better with the customer service, the servers almost always seem uninterested or unhappy, which shouldn't be the case.
