Very Bad Customer experience. I was treat like my Money doesn't matter. I wanted my regular smoothe with Natural Yogut and The girls attending to me just told me off & No sorry unless you get milk. Without any consideration that what they are doing is chasing customers and I left with my craving aside. Very very poor Service from those two girls. Zambian Sales People are all the same shop rite, mercalo very disappointing how we treat each other.
