Waited 20 minutes for a single espresso when it arrived it wasn’t even an espresso it was filtered coffee already getting cold. Blueberry muffin had hardly any blueberries very dry and tasteless . Blended ice coffee came after 20 minutes warm and not blended. When placing the order it was written down on a piece of paper - no bacon no cheddar cheese mozzarella instead. Then I was asked to move down to the next till to go over the order and pay for it. When we sat down waitress asked for my receipt in order to start making the drinks. Overall the worst experience. Blueberry smoothie was tasteless mainly blended banana. Chipped plates , cups , glasses. Ham and cheese baguette came out as a dry sandwich with onion in it Tasteless food ! At the end found a piece of black plastic in my chicken wrap. This place is a disaster. Zero stars! Health hazard
Coffee isn’t great, food sucks Zambean still the best in Lusaka. My omelette looked like a sandwich with no taste. Nice place with nice decor though , terrible views of the parking lot and the religious music isn’t the best option to play at a cafe.
I really enjoy their Caribbean mocha. It’s my favorite thing, otherwise I don’t enjoy their food. It’s rarely good. But it’s a good spot to read or work.
Super up to par Mugg and Bean. You ar eegtting exactly what you expect. The service is quick and polite, food comes out accurately, and there is a good selection of pastries. Nice to have a better coffee and coffee house snack option in Centro Mall. You are still eating a parking lot, so the ambiance suffers a bit, but the music is generally tame, which is nice.
Really disappointed with the food and coffee. Saltiness fries, cappuccino gotten but lady dint add sugar or a spoon. Like honestly. Disappointed with this one. Really disappointed.
