The room I occupied was very dirty, the shower room floor was not draining properly, the water kept on accumulating as I was bathing, I found that disgusting to say the least, the windows were not easy to slide open in the bedroom and shower, the shower room glass door was damaged and it was literally bending over and hanging. The bed was the worst ever. Even just barely turning it was making the worst noise ever ..out of 10 , I give them a zero.
Great service from the members of staff and easily accessible. The food is excellent. The public restroom is very clean and well ventilated.
There's is even a self service facility in terms of entertainment especially music.

It is easily accessible and near the main road. The food is excellent and so is service from the members of staff. Looking at how busy the place can be, enough parking space is needed.
The room was good, bed a bit hard and bouncy. But aircon worked well. I had a "view" of the work area, with a lot of stuff around. The TV had three channels. No big, not there for watching TV...but still...three channels? The shower was...lousy. It is actually what made this a three star. The hot water took a long time and then it was far far too hot, dangerously hot. Hard to set the shower to a comfortable temp. The breakfasts, free, were okay. No real coffee, but the choices were decent enough. Kind of runny oatmeal, but still not too bad. Then eggs and "English Breakfast" type of foods. The grounds were small, but this place is very popular for weddings and even a TV Shoot! Good location, not too far from East Park Mall and decent restaurants. Staff was courteous, however, when I asked for another towel, one that was taken by the maid and not replaced, it took three phone calls and then me walking to the service area after over an hour of waiting. Wow, the woman saw me as I started to look for someone in the Employees area, telling me like a child, "Sir, can't you read, no entry" to which I replied, "Well, if you are going to ignore my request from over an hour ago to give me a towel, then you are going to get me looking for a towel." Took her five seconds to get a towel. BAD BAD BAD. Don't ever scold a customer.
