In very short words, I can confirm and affirm MPA words: This is "home away from home". I was pleasantly surprised to find the same standards as back in Canada. It was as if its in our own home! Now add the welcoming and the onsite warmth and ready smiles ✨️ of staff--Nelly, Aliness, driver(Soko), the house staff, and you want to be returning here over and over again. I am a very hard reviewer, an in occasions I do this, I pour my heart and senses to the environment I am in. This is one such instance. Kudos to MPA management and vision.
This is my first time EVER writing a review because I was so motivated by my experience. I have had the pleasure of being hosted twice now at Meanwood place apartments in the one bedroom and two bedroom. Both experiences have been wonderful. The spaces are clean and well decorated with a modern touch. The hospitality team is on point (shout out to Nelly and the crew) who really bring the Zambian hospitality to play nicely with western standards of quality Airbnb/bednbreakfast. I really enjoyed the shared communal pool space great for families with kids too. I look forward to staying there again!
Me and my sister's enjoyed a peaceful stay at Meanwood Place Apartment. We arrived late but Nelly was able to welcome us happily. She was attentive,assertive, always smiley, she was the highlight of our stay because she gave us amazing service, the other staff were also very polite and never in our way. The rooms are comfortable,the house is clean and the amenities are nice. I just wish the Chef didn't knock-off at 7pm, am nocturnal and tend to eat late so that was a bit of a downer but everything else overweighed that. It also gave me the nudge to eat out and explore. Don't ever lose Nelly, she is what customer service is all about👌🏾

Our stay at the Meanwood apartments in Lusaka was incredibly wonderful. We stayed in three of their suites during our three month visit to Zambia and we absolutely enjoyed the spaces. Each one is designed so beautifully and thoughtfully to ensure the comfort of the guests. The suites were very clean and the staff were absolutely friendly and engaging whenever we needed support or assistance. I would highly recommend staying at the Meanwood apartments if you are traveling to Zambia with your family. Our children particularly enjoyed the 2 and 3 bedroom houses that accommodated them and when they left, we enjoyed the one bedroom apartment suite. Thank you to the entire Meanwood team for making a home away from home when we returned as a family after almost 2 decades away from Zambia. We had such a wonderful experience. Keep up the good work!
