The food is good. Had the mamamia burger dipped in mushroom soup. It was definitely full of flavor. However the music is too loud, takes long to be noticed by service staff. The name does not resonate with the atmosphere at all.
1.Waited for 15 min to be approached by a waiter
2. An order of cappuccino and smoothie took 45min not until we decided to leave them still preparing. Found it pathetic to waste an hour for a quick beverage.
Dined at Mamamia at Levy Junction mall for lunch. Very friendly service, great burgers, nice ambiance. I ordered fresh watermelon juice and Mamamia burger which was very delicious. Will definitely come back again and try other items on the menu. The restaurant is halal as well.
The ambience is really nice coz we were looking for a nice place to hang out with my sister's since we now all in lusakabut unfortunately we had trouble with their waiters eish we left till the girl that was serving us followed and pleaded with us that the bill to be on her our drinks took forever but to fix that I think she should have communicated with us that it would take too too long then we also had an issue with our reservation and we were told rudely but all in all the food was really nice but I think the staff need a small training in communication and politeness
Would I go back, I don't know but the rice was really nice I would recommend... The hot chocolate was choclating very lovely also that strawberry mocktail forgotten it's name was really lovely you could taste the fresh strawberries
