I had a great room, scenery was beautiful from the balcony. Unfortunately for me the bed had bugs, not quite sure what type this is but they had wings and there were so many of them. Barely got sleep through the night.
Service was horrible throughout my stay, barely got served my drinks had to buy from outside.
Room service number goes unanswered. I called atleast 7 times during my entire stay. Not once was it answered and I had to walk to reception.
It took 1 hour to get a clean towel when I went down to the pool and my drink never came. I ended up buying from outside and having my OWN drinks because I wasn’t getting served. Even food never came.
I’m quite disappointed, the hotel is beautiful but service during my stay was the absolute worst. I wouldn’t recommend
If your looking for a real Out Of Town experience in Zambia and aren't able to travel to far out of Lusaka, this is ideal. The views and facilities are spectacular (swimming pool and kids play park included, but no gym) but the staff service can be improved. The catering too can be better for a 5 Star venue but the menu is quite diverse.
The rooms are neat, the location is good and quiet. I wish there was more to see there but great place if u want to go to a quiet place. Pool has a beautiful sunset view
The place is so beautiful and quiet enough to allow you rest and reflect the interior decoration aswell is excellent.Didnt have a chance to check out the rooms but the conference room outdoors were beautiful.
Beautiful place, very serene.we had part one of our honeymoon there ,we had a great time, friendly staff...Just alittle work on their food,a variety of food would be good,ate almost the same food for 4 days ,the chef should be more creative.food was okay ,I would give it a 7/10. It's a good place ,definitely going back
