Zambian traditional food stuffs in abundance. Fresh meats, mostly t-bone steak and roasted fish served with local traditional vegetables such as impwa, chibwabwa, (pumpkin leaves) are served as extras to the meat or the fish. You may eat in the restaurants or buy take away. They owners are very welcoming and openly shout welcome words as you arrive. The idea is also to attract you to the restaurant of the one who gives the shout out. The only let down are the restaurants which need a modern touch. Otherwise you get what you see and enjoy a perfect meal served in traditional Zambian dishes.
How do you want your t-bone? Well done, rare? Yagazi monga yachi Ngoni?
Come here, one plate for between K40 to K60 and can feed 2 unless you got a huge appetite
