I did my toes and the gel polish came off within a day! And weren’t neat! Was very disappointed after giving them a try. No complaints in the threading and tinting of eyebrows, as usual they came out perfectly.

I have had the pleasure of visiting House of Leila a couple of times, and each time, I have received exceptional service. The gentleman ( ...Nash.. ) who works on our eyebrows is skilled at his craft. But what sets him apart is his warm and welcoming demeanor.

They are very ignorant about how to treat 4C hair. Went for a keratin treatment. I have thick natural hair and was sure to do research before doing the treatment. The lady who did the treatment had a very bad attitude and complained about how long it took, not sure why she agreed to do it in the first place. She had taken my hair through heat 3 times, I questioned her and told her to stop the 2nd time but she compared my hair to mixed race and Indian clients, saying that the result should look like theirs. Her level of ignorance about the treatment baffled me. My hair had lots of heat damage which should not be the result of a keratin treatment and it took months to recover. Hair doesn’t have to be completely straight after a keratin treatment, but at least more manageable.

Excellent service,staff were very friendly and welcoming. Relaxing and very clean place.Best nail extensions I have ever gotten 👌.

Had a lovely experience had a mani padi with my wife n we are definitely coming back to try more services... keep up the good service!
