Staff are very friendly and courteous rooms are spacious but very poor construction quality, toilets smell bad due sewarage issues, toilet accessories falling apart, ac doesn't work. WiFi connection is mediocre.
Excellent place for stay. Location is perfect and the rooms are absolutely clean and tidy. The room service was excellent. Amazing breakfast, the chef's are very cooperative and can tweak the dishes according to your taste buds. Highly recommended
Moderately priced, clean rooms and comfortable beds.
Arrived Lusaka at 1am and was allowed 3am early check-in at no additional cost for that day. Truly appreciate Hasham and the front desk officers.
