I ordered a double Macchiato particularly without milk, only foam. I saw she took out a sachet of milk and briefly steamed it. Once the coffee was in the cup she poured the milk to the top. Seemingly there was no foam, she now tried to steam it. She had no idea how a Macchiato is made. I refused to take whatever it was and went to Mugg and Bean next door.
