Great location with a cool atmosphere and nice swimming pool. The miniature bar is well stocked and the soft music provides you with an opportunity to relax. The accommodation is affordable and very neat. Easy to get to Munali Mall. The staff are very professional and supportive.
This is the furthest thing from a hotel. The rooms were so dirty it was astonishing. There was mystery hair on the bed covers and the sheets were dirty. At the end of the day we only got clean covers and not sheets. I dropped a black sweater on the floor and it came up covered in dust, hair/ fur. The environment and the atmosphere is just strange. There's so many pets.
There are lots of mosquitoes and there's apparently a rule against opening windows. Some rooms don't come with mosquito nets. The owner *scolded* me for cracking open a window and "letting mosquitoes in".
Wifi was only available at the bar. The pictures on google must be really old because nothing looks that way anymore. The pool was dirty and no one ever used it during our stay. The pool, the rooms, the kitchen and environment looks nothing like the pictures.
The bathtub was out of order and had a stack of dirty mattresses ( hence my need to crack open a window).
Long story short, to stay at this place you need to lower your expectations, and then lower them a little more...

The only disappointing thing is the room and wifi was poor which is an easy fix ( I can help improve their internet service deliver) Otherwise the staff was welcoming and friendly and the place is cozy. I njoyed my stay. Walking distance between two Malls( Munali and Easy Park Mall), the closet being Munali Mall( 20 minutes walk).
Nice enough backpackers in the suburbs! We stayed in the four bed room for a few days in between our travels south. There weren’t many travellers when we stayed so can’t comment on how it is for meeting people. Bar looks good - filled up with locals playing pool mid afternoon to evening but wasn’t loud at night time. Unfortunately we ordered food at the restaurant and our chicken wasn’t fully cooked through so we ate elsewhere the rest of the time. Hot water is good when the power is on and wifi is fairly strong at times. Downside is it’s a fair way out of central town for looking around and you’ll need to catch a bus or taxi. Overall basic hostel but clean and a good price!
Just plainly okay. Toilet wasn't thoroughly cleaned, hot water wasn't working as well. Went a bit beyond the normal check out time, host was rude in a way trying to make me pay extra, when I only left my belongings as I did not spend the night. Nevertheless for the price, couldn't expect much.
