Gave them 1star for a reason.
I'm not being too personal but the pushed us to the corner.
My sister-in-law took her car for wheel alignment (together with my wife), the guy who said was a supervisor wanted to overcharge them, instead of K350 for wheel alignment he wanted her to pay K500. After they complained and told him that wasn't their 1st time there and that they know the price range , the guy agreed that she could pay K300 instead of K350.
They did the alignment, they went out for road test, came back, the vehicle was leaking underneath, coolant all over.
My sister-in-law tried to talk to them concerning the leakage, they said it wasn't their fault that the vehicle was leaking.
Tried to explain to them that the vehicle was driven several times before taking it to EPISODE FITMENT CENTER, chilenje by Chilimburu and Kasama road, still it didn't calm the situation or help in any way.
My wife called me, since we live within Chilenje, in less than 10mnts I was there. Found the pool of coolant on one side of the vehicle.
To my surprise the whole team of EPISODE refused to take responsibility over what happened.
I don't think if that's how such a big NAME should treat the clients.
Ok, not necessarily that they fix the vehicle but the way the handled the whole situation it was so unprofessional. As a client we were so surprised and disappointed over what happened.
EPISODE FITMENT CENTER's, you're among BIG BRANDS in town, keep on building it up and don't forget that we depend on each other, we need you and you need us also.
Shocked with the pricing!!! To put a tire on a rim costed me more than the mending price at any fitness centre I have visited in the recent past 12 months.... disappointing Nd I should have gone to Auto World a few Kilometers from this place.
Great service at great value.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for anything to car wheels and suspensions.

11 months agoVery helpful team. Only fitment center I know in Lusaka that operates upto 21:00hrs. I was stuck but the Chilenje Branch came to my rescue.
