Food is great though
First time honestly my experience was not good. There were so many flies everywhere but that was over a year ago.
However, gone there twice this year and both times have been great. One dine in and one online order which went perfect. Ordering via whatsap is so easy and their online Menu helps alot. The food is nice NOW and the options are plentiful👌 might definately make it a weekly thing......
The only thing I think is a little too much for me is the shisha smoking which is abit uncomfortable for a few like me who don't like smoke. Would be nice if that was restricted to the outside sitting area so that the inside is more accommodating to both smokers and non smokers. There was literally a man smoking in my face from the next table, a little too much for me
I had to leave a review - the service was impeccable (Joseph our waiter was attentive and friendly, great recommendations for dishes and a pleasant demeanor), the food was amazing and we didn't have to wait too long for it! What a pleasant experience, dinner for 2 meat eaters and a vegetarian- we were all well catered for the second time I've taken my family to dinner here and Cozy did not disappoint 👌🏽

This is our 2024 best restaurant. We travelled through Turkey, Dominican Republic, Belgium and many restaurants back home in the USA and we proudly say Cozy Restaurant in Makeni takes the number one spot. It was the best Restaurant for us in 2024 in Makeni, Lusaka ! We have had Lebanese food but not this good.Can’t wait to be back! A Fee pics of my friends enjoying some drinks.
I was there today 28 August 2023 with my wife and 2 kids. I have to say it's probably one of my best restaurant experiences in Zambia over the last 8 yrs I have been living here and secondly it compares to many of the places I have been privileged to eat at both food wise and service wise. Thanks chef and Manager for making sure all was good and the waiter was on par too. Just about to enjoy the extra humus we got to go cause it was that good. Well worth your visit. I will certainly be back with my family.
