-15.389384, 28.316670 Chuma Grill & Bar is the circular restaurant at the Raddisson Blue in Lusaka. It has both indoor and outdoor seating. The circular shape offers creative seating, although the chairs are in need of replacement. The menu is extensive with wine suggestions for every dish at this well-known Lusaka restaurant.
In June 2024, we ordered traditional Zambian game stew (385 ZMW), with antelope casserole, tomato & onion ‘soup’, garlic crostini, spiced mashed potatoes. The amount of game stew was too much for one person after removing all the bones, but it tasted good. The flavour of the mashed potatoes was particularly good. Service was professional.
Chuma Grill & Bar offers a wide choice of good food with fine service. Recommended.
Went to eat at Chuma grill with my mother. The service was horrible!! Saw the waiter once and he insisted we get the buffet. Which itself had old food and we could not finish anything. There was nobody to clear our table even when they saw the plate we had to put them on the next table
Had a great time celebrating our anniversary dinner. The food was good, the vibe was good. Enjoyed the live music. Our attendant Chisanga was quite helpful. The manager also made us feel welcome. Enjoyed the complimentary dessert too
