I can’t say much about the rooms at the hotel, as we were only there for lunch. However, I can praise their customer service, which is top-notch! As for the food, the girls and I enjoyed it—especially the mashed potatoes and fried veggies, which stood out for me. They also offer budget-friendly food and drinks. For a hotel located between a university and a mall, it is surprisingly quiet and has a warm atmosphere.
What a lovely hotel. The service was stand out. Nothing was a problem and the staff were so helpful. I had a request to arrive early to be ready for a conference and it was no problem. Spotless, cool, friendly and a great place to work.
Is a new hotel, with a very nice design, but apart from that it has a long way to go to be up to the standard expected fir a 4stars.
The rooms do a lot of noise and shake simply as you walk inside. The service, cleaning and breakfast - everything needs to be substantially improved!
The breakfast is extremely basic there is no spreads to offer for your toast.
The rooms are not sound proof and the noise from parties outside is as if you don’t even have walls around you.
The location is good but I rather stay at a more serene place with service then in this noisy area with basic food and bad service the tv had no channels and the netflix did not work as well. Overall below average stay.
I was a guest here for six days. It's a beautiful hotel, the staff are incredibly friendly, the food (including the generous complementary breakfast) was delicious, and it's right next door to one of Lusaka's biggest malls. If you get the chance, stay here!
