Carbon Car Care & Dunlop Tyres

These guys really made a good first impression on me! I desperately needed a full set of tyres for my car, and they hooked me up with exactly that! To top it off, they offered a complimentary car wash AND threw in a car cover (promo at the time)! The waiting area is comfortable, with a work area just in case a customer needs to get some work done while they wait. My thanks go to Emmanuel, Kelvin, Elina and the rest of the amazing staff here for an unforgettable service!

Really impressed by the value and care provided by the team at carbon today. They really know how to take care of their customers without being pushy or condescending. Came in for a fitment and balancing which I thought was cost effective and was welcomed by customer service reps Kelvin, Elina and Nelson who were very friendly and supportive in reviewing other work that we wanted to schedule for future.

They did an impressive job with my headlight restoration. Great job with the car wash as well. My car looked great and I didn’t mind the wait as the waiting room is well air-conditioned, nice and clean, with comfy seats and they provide WiFi!

I enjoyed the free cup of coffee and water. The staff were very warm, friendly and welcoming. The Reception area is also very clean and comfortable with a working aircon! I'll definitely call again!
