This is a builder's place. Hardware, homeware, auto parts and electrical equipment and don't forget the garden. The prices are fair but it is the quality and variety of materials that really is the deal. Alex, Malambo and colleagues were very helpful. They were able to explain the various things needed on our shopping list but also provide a quotation to match and compare with other warehouses. The place is spacious and so wheelchair ♿ users can easily navigate their way round the store. It is clean with products nicely displayed. Perhaps a drinking water 🚰 spot will help customers appreciate all these in the raging heat.
The staff were super helpful and kind, i went to buy some chicken wire, it was on promo🥳. What impressed me the most was the friendly staff.
Edit: I popped by to get a pipe for my gas stove, luckily I got the last one there. The staff were super super friendly as always. Samuel and lama made me laugh, helped me with my gas cylinder, even helped connect my newly purchased pipe to my cannister!! Honestly they went above and beyond to assist!!
Customer service very pathetic, I came here from 08:44 till no info just for your people to ask where I can get simple bonding liquid checking from your other branches has failed, be serious,I feel Soo irritated right now. Improve otherwise the customer service and slowness of your people is pathetic
Well stocked neat and organized store with categories well labeled which makes it so easy to find products. almost all building tools are available and thye have sufficient and very alert staff who will approach you and help if there is need. The prices are a bit on the higher side though , their quality compensates for that anyways.

3 months agoI had to wait for a price change and waited more than 30min. Other than that service is okay. Staff and cashiers is friendly and helpful.
