Best Western Plus Paramount Hotel

My stay at the Best Western Plus Hotel was nothing short of amazing. They went above and beyond to ensure that my mom and I felt comfortable throughout our stay. My mom is disabled, and they made every possible accommodation to ensure her safety and comfort. The staff was incredibly hospitable and friendly, always ready to assist us with anything we needed. Their caring and loving nature truly stood out, and their efforts to accommodate us were remarkable. The breakfast was great as well a variety of choices.They even upgraded us to the presidential suite to better cater to my mom’s needs. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lusaka; their service is exceptional!!! Regardless of Lusaka's ongoing electricity challenges, this hotel ensured uninterrupted power supply throughout the day. Furthermore, the management was incredibly kind, friendly, and exceptionally helpful.

We had our graduation dinner there on the 25th of October, it is such a beautiful place the ambiance is so beautiful the stuff is friendly and the service was good but their food was so bad So we pick the BBQ menu that’s goes for k490 per plate with drinks but that food was horrible from the dry rice without gravy to the dry chicken, please do better. Otherwise the service, the ambiance 10/10 but the food 0/10

So I just attend a business seminar and really loved the environment. Both tea break and lunch were really good meals served and I sure did enjoy myself. What I didn't like was the lack of reasoning at the pool area. I went there with my baby and he got tired of being in one place. So I take him to the pool lounge for a short break and ask for the mocktail menu. Only to be told that I must buy food and drinks if I want to sit there. I would understand such a comment if I just came from outside but nope. I mention I'm part of a programme inside and can't order food. Then told that if so. I can't sit there. I should go to the bar. I understand you have rules but somethings can be met in the middle. Honestly why force me to buy food when I've told you I have something going on inside plus will be given food. Asking me to go sit at the bar when you've seen I have a baby with me. Just went there for a break and was asked to live because I'm not buying food. Customer care really requires some form of reasoning and I didn't receive it.

I don't recommend this hotel unless you are just coming to stay one night. I can understand now why it has so many empty rooms and there is never anyone in the bar or restaurant. The Wi-Fi system is terrible. They keep changing the Wi-Fi password every week (?). They give you so many different passwords on little pieces of paper, and the internet works intermittently at best. One day, I got 3 different passwords for the Wi-Fi! I am used to putting in the password and the internet working from that point on, but this hotel is very different. It is a constant hourly struggle with the internet. My AC broke down, bathroom sink broke down, the safe was not working. They have a lot of people come to your door telling you how someone is aware of the problem, but nothing ever gets fixed. Anyways, save yourself the headache, and go somewhere else.

my business partner and I held a modeling competition from there last year .their conference hall is stunning. the air conditioning was so good you couldn't tell the hall was crowded. their staff were so kind to our guests helped them find their way from the entrance to the hall and gave free water to us and the models during rehearsals. did I mention they are extremely affordable and have great African art on their walls that are so refreshing to watch
