Okay, 10/10, from the store to the workshop #chef's kiss.
Everything was by the book, payments were all made to the cashier, so no haggling or unfair pricing, the store was fairly stocked, the workshop is upto date with proper equipment and they handled my car efficiently and beautifully.
Customer service is very good. My experience is, they're honest. However, they have a limited number of repairs that they can do.
Major repairs, you need to source for yourself.
Extremely disappointed with the wheel alignment service and response. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had—unprofessional and unacceptable. They charge a premium compared to other outlets, yet the service doesn’t match the price. I would not recommend them.
This place is very convenient for most of your automotive service requirements. Parts, service, wheel balancing/ alignment, fitting and fixing you name it. The only downside is that they take such a long time to attend to customers, even worse on busy days.

5 months agoThey tried to offer a fixing service at 13.000 kwacha, same that i then got at 4.000 in autoworld downtown
