I was involved in a car accident about a month ago and left my car to have it repaired.. I was told the work would take a week max to fix the issues and I agreed. About 4 days into the week I was called and told that there were some extra problems with the car that they could take care of if I was interested and I agreed. The fixing in total was 1week and 2 days and I tell you my car was in great shape when I got it back, you couldn't even tell it was in an accident. The paint job was perfect and the car was running smoothly. I will definitely be doing my servicing from there from now on. Highly recommend visiting these guys.
I recently took my Nissan Hardbody to Auto Star and I was beyond impressed with their service. After the car was involved in an accident it needed a new windscreen as well as body works including spray painting and panel beating. I was very satisfied with both the quality and efficiency of the work. I must also say I was impressed with the customer service and positive attitude of the employees at autostar. I would highly recommend auto star to anyone looking for a combination of quality and affordable car repair. 5 stars for me!

I left my car for a left fender and accident damaged wheel and ended up having 6 issues that they created other than the actual damage. The job was supposed t9 take 3 days and ended up taking 12 days and then 9 weeks to resolve problems only after i involved police.
The rear camera, lights, engine were tampered with, work was done without my approval, I paid US$, They did not invoice me correctly and did not receipt me until I reported them to the police of which after they tried to claim money that they initially refused. I had to return 4 times after the payment was made because of their poor workmanship and now have an error on my car that they created and I have to pay for.
The owner leaves you to the accountant, the accountant does not respond and shareholders manage their issues when they turn serious.
I definitely would not recommend them or return.
