what I did not like was that detangling was painful, and the complete hairstyle could have been more neat. I was not given an invoice even after asking, therefore do not know know the services I paid for. The hairstyle upkeep advise comes of as rude and so I could not appreciate it. What I liked was that the hair products used were good and time management was great.

Called them up to book for a hair appointment. They were professional and gentle when handling my natural hair. I love that they also offer a range of services. You have to book in advance for their services.

Used them since when they were located in Kabulonga. A very clean environment with well mannered staff. At least they was and have been kind to my lil girl to date. Make a reservation more than 24 hrs in advance as availability is somewhat an issue at times.

I retied my sisterlocs with Hellen for 500zmk. I was looking for someone who could be gentle on my scalp and she was okay. Booking with other particular hair stylists call for an additional charge/ higher cost. Ambince was okay. So was the service. I was surprised to find that the place is small, from the previous spacious place I last went to. However it did look like there were some expansion works upwards underway.

The service was seamless, hairstylist was professional & managed her time efficiently! Loved my hair do! Definitely returning!
