Nail Addikt Eastpark

Friendly ladies. Environment could be cleaner for what is being charged. Waited for 30 mins without any explanation being provided. I had to ask to understand what was happening. The pedicure was okay. The lady that did my manicure was friendly but the job was poorly done . For a K900 spent, expected better. No attention to details whatsoever. Need to have this fixed elsewhere

Had done my birthday set (hands and feet)last week Friday AT EASTPARK and that same day my nail polish had come out for one particular nail to top it off I had to let them redo my toes because they did not paint them well too. Had asked if I could come back and have it fixed as I wasn’t happy and was told I would be called back. I did not receive any call as the woman I spoke to said she would call when “power” comes back which was at 10hrs next day. I called back the next day after that because no one called on the day I was told I would be contacted and I Don’t know who I spoke to on the phone but she was very rude stating that they were busy. I had politely asked if the other locations would assist in fixing this problem and she said yes. All in all! Nailaddikt is a place I’ve always done my nails at from the time they opened in kabulonga. But now? I wouldn’t recommend. My nails are bend which I stated too before I left I wasn’t happy.

A good place to get your nails.done. the girls are quite efficient and professional. Kindly advice that they could polish a little bit their tools which is not sharp enough so kind of pull off my finger skin.

Great environment and location, Good service. The nails (gel extensions) overpriced though considering quality of work. A note, the full pedicure service does not include a foot massage in case anyone expects that.

LEARN FROM MY MISTAKES, GUYS!! I had my first set of nails done at the East Park location and loved them! By the third day they were chipping on the edges, looking and feeling bumpy and the foil on the top was chipped too. I explained the problem and got a great response, made an appointment to have them redone a few days later. They were redone and looked great, fantastic and I was so happy. Both pinky nails broke four days later with one thumb following them the next day. I was so excited to have my nails done at Nail addikt and I came away so overwhelmingly disappointed. The problems with the first set were annoying but things happen and the staff were apologetic and fixed them at no extra charge. The attitude I received after the nails broke was incredibly rude and dismissive. Making a dissatisfied customer wait for thirty minutes just to spout some nonsense about how nails regularly break and they're not at fault. This occurred at the Kabulonga location. I have NEVER had a set of rubber nails start chipping and breaking less than a week later. The first set was bad and they were redone and I was given reassurances that the next set would be better and yet I had broken nails in a matter of days. I will not be going back and was truly disappointed with the service. Special shout-out to Mercy at East Park who was incredibly professional throughout my experience. I was assured by numerous people that the bad service had become a recurring theme but that the owner was committed to great customer service and satisfaction. After reaching out repeatedly all I got were apologies and an offer to have my nails redone. Big surprise, my nails were not redone. Truly disappointed in my experience as it was a true waste of my time. K550 and all I got to show for it was a sum total of 7 days with decent nails given how quickly the nails started looking shabby and the "fixed" ones broke.
