I took my car to Kwik Fit center for a wheel alignment and had an incredibly disappointing experience. I was informed that my car needed a full alignment, and the price was explained to me. However, before I could make a decision, the manager rudely interrupted, insisting my car be removed from the alignment machine, claiming there were other customers waiting. While the mechanics made an effort to explain why the full alignment was necessary, the manager's disrespectful and unprofessional behavior overshadowed their efforts. His lack of customer service etiquette was shocking, especially for someone in a managerial position. This is not the kind of service I expect, and I would not recommend anyone visit this Kwik Fit. A manager should set an example of how to treat customers, and this experience was the opposite. Terrible service. Never again.

Very affordable prices but they should be doing wheel balancing after purchasing tyres
