I've been to Spur at Eastpark Mall several times, and it continues to impress me each visit. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with comfortable seating and a layout that feels spacious and cosy. It's a great spot for both family gatherings and casual meals with friends.
The food quality is consistently high, and their menu offers a wide range of options. The steaks, in particular, are top-notch – perfectly cooked to your liking. The sides are equally delicious I’d also highly recommend trying their burgers – juicy, flavorful, and served with crispy fries.
One of the best things about Spur is their family-friendly vibe. They offer a designated play area, which is fantastic for keeping the little ones entertained while adults enjoy their meals. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is comfortable and well taken care of, and they’re genuinely friendly and attentive without being intrusive.
I also appreciate that their prices are reasonable, given the quality of food and the generous portions.
Although the last time I had a meal here, "Double Trouble" to be specific, I was quite disappointed, the patty was not thoroughly cooked on both burgers. The part in-between was nearly raw. I almost requested it be taken back, if not for the waitress, saying the bill will be deducted from her paycheck.
Otherwise, apart from that experience, all my other experiences have been great.

Had the peri peri beef steak it was awful. The fries and onion rings were good but I wouldn't return to eat here, plus the server Ruth was unfriendly, I didn't feel very welcomed by her. I wouldn't return and spend my hard earned money.
Absolutely love this place, and personally it's my favourite burger in Zambia. Tastes just like home and totally worth the price. There's always a special, so look out for that. Staff are always super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place. I am a repeat customer of theirs - Dine In & Takeaway

I ordered grilled chicken with lemon and herb and regretted the order with each bite. The lemon flavour was overpowing and ruined the meal.
The nachos with chicken and greens was ok, and service was great.

2 months agoTasty T bone beef. However ,the buffalo chicken wings were so tiny, bone with no meat. It is not recommended. Friendly and attentive staff.
