Disappointing Experience at Taj Pamodzi Hotel
I visited Taj Pamodzi Hotel on 24th December 2024 with my family, including my parents and two kids, and was deeply disappointed. We wanted to order from the à la carte menu, and while Chef Siraj was incredibly accommodating and professional (kudos to him!), the wait staff and managers at the Jacaranda Hall were extremely rude and uncooperative. They refused to serve à la carte, despite the chef agreeing to our request.
This behavior is unacceptable for a hotel of such legacy. While the chef went above and beyond, the rest of the staff left a negative impression. I would not recommend this place to anyone based on this experience.
Quiet, comfy beds and good food. Unfortunately I asked for a shuttle and they never confirmed it, so I had to book a separate driver with car. When I landed I realised they had sent one for me without confirming. They could improve the way they communicate with guests.
Hotel has everything you need, rooms are
Comfortable and quiet. Service was friendly. Could do with some general upgrades but there is no reason to not stay here.
Having stayed in so many US HOTELS, this hotel is great, no dust ,no bedbugs no roaches and everything works in the rooms , enough water and cups ,ironed bedshits ,no smoking smell in hallways and rooms including pillows. Very safe, place first time I could leave my stuff without concern .
Only small issue I would add is a USB charge port,
WIFI is very available!! Calls on watsapp and regular calls are smooth
Attended a conference in Amadilla hall. The carpet was worn and needed some replacement. The food was great and the staff very pleasant to work with as I coordinated some meal times.
