Unfortunately the ice cream at cosmopolitan mall store is never on the level of ice cream. They don't explain why the can't deep only say it's not hard so we can't deep. Basically means ice cream isn't ready to be served. Its melts so fast and tastes like milk cubes. Not tasty at all. I've been here a number of times as it's close to home. Now I have to go to milky lane at goldcrest. Fix the machine, or get someone who knows how to run it.
