This is the worst experience ever. I bought a big crispy cone ice cream. However, the size of the ice cream scoop is the same as that of a small crispy cone. The attitude of the waitress and another one were really bad. They we're impatient and had a very strange expression, constantly urging to serve the next customer. Although the ice cream was replaced, the attitude was very reluctant. It was the worst restaurant experience ever in Zambia.

One word: quality! Best coffee in Lusaka. Best ice cream. I have been a regular client since 2015 in Ndola and Lusaka. Great free wifi in all their outlets.

The manager knows how to interact with customers, very friendly. I ended up buying ice cream because she recommended it in such a convincing way and it tasted good too!

Good for a chat with friends over a cup of coffee. Have been there umpteen times over the past many years. The place remains the same. Regular customers frequently occupy the tables on a daily basis. Coffee is good. Ice cream customers take away instead of sitting.
