Very nice ice creams, but stand in for long time even with small crowd makes some feel. Need to make some better arrangements to reduce customer standing time .
Visited the Dairy Den a few times and always received a great service. They have a great variety of ice creams, milkshakes, hot drinks (coffee) and donuts. The donuts are worth trying. If you’re craving after dinner dessert/ice cream this is your place to go in Lusaka as it’s open till 11pm on Friday and Saturday and till 10 pm the rest of the days.
Ice-cream is nice and tasty but they never have all the options. Service was rushed and disorganised, didn't get what I asked for. Standards have definitely dropped.
