This is lovely hotel with affordable rooms located in a good area. The staff is very helpful. We booked the hotel to host international summer school attendees because it had enough capacity to accommodate all the guests, it is close to the university and shopping malls. The hotel recently re-opened and was still being upgraded. Hopefully, it will be done soon.
Very poor service. Staff needs training no call to reception, Aircon not working, toilet water seeps thriugh. Wall re very dirty not being cleaned no sockets to charge phones. Building need face life. Great location but terrible management.
