I don't think we give enough credit to the wonderful service that Protea offer. The food was good and the service was exceptional!!! Special recognition to Mebelo in the restaurant who went over and above her job to make us comfortable. I would come back for that smile.
Nice experience here. Staff is very attentive and professional. Rooms are large, with nice bathrooms and good beds. Restaurant serves solid food, albeit at higher prices than comparable places in Lusaka. Small pool is a nice perk. Close to a modern shopping mall. Noise can be an issue if your room faces the street.
