The house was clean but had no appliances, or utensils to be used. Bathrooms had no mats or towels, just used bar of soap and a wet toilet paper roll. Location is secure and peaceful with friendly and helpful staff. They just need to make it a bit more conducive for a travelling family as it had no amenities.
No soap , no extra tissue in your bathbrooms, no tea spoons, bedmattres not comfortable and finally rooms must be cleaned and refreshed when booked, i can tell it has not been wept for same time.
The staff is rude,not helpful..they only care about clients with money or if you know the owner...even go as far as telling u to find other options....don't booking appointment expect check in late then check out early no compromise
Why make cleaners go on a holiday?? There was no cleaner to clean our apartment because ‘apparently’ they were told not to work. No one even informed us that they were not gonna clean. How do hotel/lodge workers go on recess when there are guests around?
