Went by the golf club bar, service from Gibson and his fellow workmate was horrible. We were attended to after 30 minutes of arrival. Our “drinks” came back an hour later. And our food never came at all. To top it all off we waited 30 minutes to get the bill. And we had to go to the bar to collect our bill. No remorse whatsoever from Gibson and his workmate. It’s been a horrible experience.
The customer service received from Mr Lawrence at teh pool bar was terrible. The Potterhouse grill meat was all fatty and just a small piece of meat on it. For the price you would expect top quality meat. When reported to Mr Lawrence, he started arguing back with the customer. He needs to be more professional. Overall the Bonanza Estate is a lovely place.
Ciela Bonanza Resort was recently the venue for our daughters wedding. What a fantastic venue , stunning location, beautiful chapel and the staff were so helpful and pleasant. Highly recommend this place for any special functions as well as for a stay. There are several restaurants on site as well as very comfortable rooms. The place offers a great spa, hair salon, gym, bicycle hire, tennis courts, long swimming pool as well as the golf course.
