Got a laser hair removal service done at Juvenex Spa and Beauty salon in Makeni. The salon is quite spacious and great interior. Very friendly service and great range of products and services offered at the salon/spa.

My friend enjoyed their pedicure. However they made me wait 30 minutes for my facial, despite having made an appointment. They also have strict rules for clients to arrive on time. It just makes no sense. The facial was okay, it didn’t seem like they spent enough time on the massage and didn’t communicate well with what they were doing. There are other places that are better in Lusaka.
The massage experience was great👌 highly recommend.
Although I was not given any form to fill in before starting. Which in my opinion is like standard procedure.
