Booked a massage session for my husband. All was well until the masseuse attempted to give him a handjob.. and the receptionist on duty that day had no problem defending her colleague... And the masseuse in question didn't own up to what she had done. We will definitely not be going back. 💀

Located on Omelo mumba road. Lovely and serene spa that offers different spa services among them massages, manicures, pedicures, facials and more. They also sell retail products like hydro flasks, face masks and many other face products. Had a lovely hot stone massage experience and eyebrow threading service. I have come to learn that hot stone massage is offered differently from spa to spa and gives a completely different experience. The staff were very friendly and professional. They were able to communicate how they offer certain spa services which is a plus just so you are well informed before they begin the whole process. One downside is the music during massages, more soothing music can be sourced for a more soothing experience with more instrumentals than singing. All in all, I had a great experience and was left well rejuvenated and relaxed at the end of it all.

I booked for a manicure...the foot scrub was okay. Requested for acrylic nails was given horrible looking polygel nails instead. Never coming back . Wasted 2 hours

Received an excellent service, took my son for physiotherapy check up and had an amazing conversation with the staff.
