Nice hotel, great building in secured fence, location is far from town but great for visiting family and friends. Hotel staff are not well trained and unprofessional our free breakfast was never on time and not cooked sometimes as there was no chef in the kitchen. Food service takes long to be prepared but food was great. And there's no daily housekeeping services as it says online, not great for families and not child friendly as bin was in the room for 5 days ants and cockroaches in the bin towels were not changed. Needs lot of work to be done.....
I have one compliment:
Waitress called Costa was excellent.
Tall receptionist persevered in trying to find me a room that didn’t have something broken in it. We settled for no toilet seat or remote controls as best option. But she tried.
And the shower is good.
Everything else is awful.
Stay away unless you are a football team.
The hotel is beautiful and rooms are cozy. However, members of staff are noisy. It's impossible to fall asleep at night. There was a group of teenage boys that always screamed around early in the morning.
