Mapalo Lodge

Great place, bang for your buck. The staff are friendly and the breakfast is amazing. Pool could be cleaner but it's still fine. The rooms are spacious and there's a nice little bar too

Currently staying at Mapalo while my husband is admitted in Medland Hospital. What a pleasant experience! Friendly, helpful and efficient staff that really goes out of their way! Lovely clean aircon room with no loadshedding. Delicious food. Highly recommend

Too much noise from the bar , It was so noisy the cleaning ladies would come make so much noise during cleaning. Some people from hospitality were ok but most girls were rude with bad attitude. Never going bk.

The rooms always have coffee and tea, they could use extra towels in the bathroom. The food is always fresh and delicious. The bar area is nice and relaxed. It has no dj so patrons can connect and play music of their choice.

A private Lodge offering good accommodation and meals. The outside beer garden is rushing and for those wanting conferencing and meeting facilities, this is the place to go, adequate and secure parking and has a small swimming pool
