The place is so filthy and I wonder where the reviews come from. How can a place like this be rated very good? Stop misleading clients. I honestly failed to check in after being referred to the property. It is far below the standard!
Absolutely not what it looks like in the pictures. The rooms are not nice, don't even think about the pool. And the receptionist is an old lady. Go to Mapalo lodge instead, it's nearby
I had the pleasure of staying at the Reed Mat Lodge recently, and it was a truly unique experience. The cottages and huts were surprisingly modern and comfortable, with all the amenities you could need. We stayed in the house, and it was well-equipped and felt like home. There were 4 spacious rooms, 1 common bathroom and a private bathroom in one of the rooms in the back of the house. We also had access to the kitchen that we used for all of our dining needs. The serene setting was perfect for a peaceful getaway. The staff were incredibly helpful, always ready to help us make the most of our stay. The location was also perfect because it was within walking distance to one of the local shopping malls and easy to access the highway. It was certainly a unique and relaxing stay with the most welcoming staff!
It is what it is but to find lovely rustic cottages in town is very nice. Feel lucky we found it. Really enjoyable and lovely staff. Will always come back!
