I went to this lodge as a treat to myself after finishing my exams . I was disappointed when I was told the dSTV was not paid for and the only thing showing on the tv were adverts only ! I waited for them to pay and when I was told dstv was only going to be paid the next day I left . They initially told me I could come back once the dSTV was paid and I was asked to leave my details . When I called to confirm, someone else was on the call and saying the few hours in the room counted as using the room imagine . They said they can only issue a 35% refund and the whole experience was ruined for me ..I would not recommend this place to anyone especially after how they treated my issue
The management have NO REGARD for the clients , as I type this they have not even jus paid back the refund from yesterday . After my experience I would not recommend anyone to this place
Beautiful gardens, the food is okay and they have a well stocked bar. It is about 8km away from Mongu CBD but the drive there is worth it. I did not take pictures because I was there at night. Oh they have multiple TVs which is perfect for us football lovers
Don't be fooled by the services offered! The actual accommodation is very neat with attention paid to the finishings; beautiful gardens as well. But the services are appalling! There was seldom any water in the shower and basin taps, or to flush the toilet with during the day; the restaurant only served 4 choices for a meal (whether lunch or supper); and the satellite/dstv consisted of only 3 channels - and wasn't working most of the time. False advertising in many aspects!!
