An extremely (!) friendly check-in let me feel at home from the first moment. The room was nicely furnished and the bed/matress very comfortable.
Two points for improvement:
- no ashtrays in the public spaces
- in an explicit airport hotel I'd expect something like small amenity kit containing a comb/hair brush etc.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to my next stay here.
Rooms are still brand new and have a certain unused sense to them still. Unmatched convenience to the airport if you don't want to hassle with a cab to Bonanza. Prices are comparable to Bonanza, as well.
The shuttle that was arranged did not pick me up.
There was an alarm in the passage going off all night and staff refused to turn it off. They said it is supposed to go off automatically, which it never did.
Had to suffer through it.
Shocking service!
