The worst Hotel I have ever been to. I knew it was bad but I was stranded and what I found am traumatised. The workers are dishonesty. The beds are pathetic; my son slept on a sofa as the bed was very hard. The one star is for the warm water.
Unless you will die if you dont sleep here! PLEASE DONT!
The bathroom never had soap and the bath tub never had a stopper inside to hold water.Asked for one but the guy(one of the workers) came in and put tissue which kept on mixing with the water 🤦
It was really messy and terrible, hope management looks into that.
The T bone was a joke and very dry, plus the nshima was cold and served with in a not so appealing way.
It is the worst hotel in Lusaka, one of the worst in Africa. The receptionists are questionable and steal from guests. There are cockroaches in the corridors, bedrooms and dining area. Rats frolicking in the upper reaches of the hotel. They serve mediocre food and they do not take complaints seriously. Their rooms have flooded with water more than once since my frequent stays from January until as of late. Their WiFi is incredibly slow and almost non-existent. They have little parking space. They charge as if they are a three star hotel with less than adequate services. It is pathetic..
